A friend and I stayed here 2 nights at the recommendation of someone who had previously stayed here. While not luxurious, it was clean (most important), comfortable and the staff was most hospitable. The porch is great and you can’t beat the price. We will stay again especially compared to other hotel prices within OC! We are always looking for an inexpensive place to stay and it’s so centrally located you can walk anywhere!
I stay at the Bryn Mawr whenever I go to OC. It’s a good old-fashioned beach hotel, clean and close to the boardwalk and beach. Nothing fancy, but just right for a family. Very reasonable rates and great last minute and mid-week specials. The addition of the pool is wonderful when you’ve had a little too much sand and surf. I never look for another place to stay, The Bryn Mawr is just right for me!
